 Congratulations to the MS/AL Group for winning with their Painted Privy, Historic Possum Town! Here is what Terry Jones has to say about winning;

"We got the idea for a historic Columbus from Danny "Redd" Harrison. Rita Faye Jordon
and I teamed up and started working on Saturday, a week before Market
Street Festival. We would come to the Farmer's Market everyday around 4 pm
from Severstal Steel Mill, where I work as Chef Manager of Severstal
Cafe. We would work until dark then quit because I have to get up
every morning at 3 am getting ready for work. By Thursday we were
running behind schedule. Brother Larry Jones, nephews Edward Jones &
Cody Jones, friends Tiffany Short and Rachel Harrison all jumped in
and helped complete project on time! In a nut shell, we all came
together to have fun and didn't have expectations of winning because
none of us have a history of painting. The other entries were
wonderful but I'm glad we won and it is awesome! We are grateful to
everyone that voted for "Historic Possum Town! We couldn't have done it
without the public's input."
